This first time I heard “Buai Raskol” I was listening to my exfm feed and I swear I thought it was a new Elvis Costello project. Of course it’s not, but I’m sure you will agree that Jarrod Quarrell’s voice has that same cool, easy and effortlessly sexy thing going on that Mr. Costello has been cashing in on for years.
