Walter Meego - Wonder Valley//

I’ve had this album on my iPhone for ages now and I’ve been meaning to write about it. After seeing a friend tweet about yesterday I vowed to finally write this post.

Wonder Valley is the second LP from California based band Walter Meego. I was not familiar with any of their work until someone sent me this album. The lead singer Justin Sconza who also plays guitar and keys has a very unique voice. If used in any other way one might categorize it as irritating, but for some reason it works really well in this setting. I’m curious if he sounds like that live. You’ll see what I mean when you have a listen to below. Favorite tracks include “Star Light” and “Got Me Goin.”  The album is available for free download here.
