Quiet Lights - Quiet Truth, Weapons Thrown
Every day I have music waiting for me in my inbox. It’s a beautiful thing to wake up and know that there may be some hidden gems just waiting to hit my ear drums. That’s why I really try and listen to everything sent my way.
On one particularly lucky day while sifting through my inbox trying to catch up on waiting tracks I found this diamond in the rough, Quiet Lights. I liked them so much that I immediately emailed them to tell them so. The song above, “Quiet Truth, Weapons Thrown” instantly drew comparisons to Blonde Redhead, mainly because of the lead singers eerie dream pop voice.

From what I hear they are about to release a proper album and once you listen to this samplers interesting arrangements, exquisite percussion and captivating lead singer you’ll see that they deserve all the attention I am giving them and much more.
